Cinnamon Forest Honey French Toast by African Bronze Honey
What could be more comforting on a cold winter’s day than a warm serving of french toast with a touch of honey?
We decided to take this classic breakfast favourite, and put our own sweet little spin on this dish that will surely stand out at your next Sunday brunch!

2 slices of bread

1 cup of milk

1 egg
-
1 tsp of vanilla extract

3 tablespoons of African Bronze forest honey

A dash of cinnamon

1 Tbsp of butter

Tbsp of African Bronze cinnamon honey (if you don’t have this, you can easily make your own by combining honey and cinnamon before topping)!

Combine milk, egg, vanilla, honey and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Begin to heat your pan at medium heat and melt butter.

Dip each slice of bread into the milk mixture. Make sure it is evenly coated, then transfer to the hot fry pan.

Fry each side of your french toast for a minute or 2 (or until golden brown), using a spatula to flip.

Transfer your cooked french toast to your serving plate and drizzle with cinnamon honey.
